In an effort to promote well-being and create a supportive environment, we will be hosting a 30-minute weekly Zoom meeting focused on releasing stress. The goal is to provide a dedicated space for everyone to unwind, share experiences, and learn relaxation techniques. This meeting is open to everyone, and we encourage your active participation.
Challenge Rules:
Please scroll down to read the rules before purchasing. If you do not comply with the rules, you will be removed from the meeting immediately. Also, the Zoom meetings are not recorded, therefore there wouldn’t be a replay.

Agenda:
- Welcome and Check-In (5 minutes): A brief introduction and an opportunity for participants to share how their week has been.
- Mindfulness Exercise (10 minutes): Led by a facilitator or team member, this will include a guided meditation, deep-breathing exercises, or other mindfulness techniques.
- Sharing Session (10 minutes): Participants are invited to share stressors they have faced during the week and discuss coping mechanisms or strategies that have helped them.
- Wellness Tip of the Week (3 minutes): A quick presentation or sharing of a helpful tip related to stress management or overall well-being.
- Wrap-up and Next Week’s Focus (2 minutes): A summary of key takeaways, expressing gratitude, and a preview of next week’s stress relief focus.
